  Launcher icon tooltip doesn't disappear with the icon

Bug description:
  If an application is closed or removable drive unplugged and the
  tooltip of the icon is visible, the tooltip doesn't disappear with the
  icon.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open an application that's not pinned to launcher and focus it.
  2. Hover mouse over the icon of the application and wait for the tooltip to appear.
  3. Press ALT-F4 to close the application.

  What happens: Icon vanishes but the tooltip stays on screen until mouse is moved.
  What should happen: Icon and tooltip vanish from the launcher.
