The same bug happend today after I installed
clementine_1.1.1~precise_amd64.deb from http://code.google.com/p
/clementine-player/downloads/list . If I'd lock the computer while there
was music playing on Clementine, then Unity launcher would still be
displayed on the screen. I don't know if it's Clementine itself or
something else that runs while it's playing music. I didn't go further
to check on system monitor what was running on the computer. But, after
I uninstalled Clementine, the bug was gone. In my case it seems it was
something related to this software, but I think it's not the only
package to blame.

Bug description:
  After I lock the screen (ctrl+alt+L) I can still access a lot of information about the user:
  - what programs he is running (for some reason dash can be revealed even in locked screen)
  - what page is he browsing
  - if he has any new mails (indicators are visible as well)
  - if he is connected to network (indicators)
  - etc.

  See also the screenshot (phone quality as PrtSc doesn't work with screen locked).
  I can reproduce this with no issues.
