  autoreconf doesn't work in nux

Bug description:
  When doing a minor makefile.am or configure.ac change in nux,
  autoreconf doesn't work correctly, making impossible to rebuild
  without re-generating the build system.

  These errors makes autoreconf fail:

  doxygen-include.am:52: DX_COND_doc does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
  Makefile.am:6:   `doxygen-include.am' included from here
  doxygen-include.am:58: DX_COND_html does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
  Makefile.am:6:   `doxygen-include.am' included from here
  doxygen-include.am:68: DX_COND_chm does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
  Makefile.am:6:   `doxygen-include.am' included from here
  doxygen-include.am:72: DX_COND_chi does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
  Makefile.am:6:   `doxygen-include.am' included from here
  doxygen-include.am:84: DX_COND_man does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
