I'm not sure this is an indicator-sound issue, all it does is call

  UrlDispatch.send ("settings:///system/sound");

Maybe an issue with the second-launch feature in url dispatcher?

  TEST CASE:
  1.  Open ubuntu-system-settings
  2.  Open indicator-sound
  3.  Tap "Sound settings..."
  4.  Sound settings should open
  5.  Swipe away settings app

  ACTUAL RESULT
  Home scope will show two settings apps open

  EXPECTED RESULT
  Only one settings app is open
