Title:
  [Regression] Text in search bar is cut at the end of the last letter

Bug description:
  The search hint in the Dash search bar seems to have the last letter
  cut in the middle, probably because of it being italic and the
  calculation not taking it into account?  See the photo Lens (“Search
  Photos”) for an example.
