@Michał,

Part of this is a dup of bug #1204717, but the flickering part is a bug
regardless.  Let's just change this bug to be the flickering only and
let the other bug track if middle clicking the title bar is supposed to
lower the window.

Bug description:
  To be honest I'm not sure this is a bug and not a feature, but here
  goes:

  1. Open two apps
  2. Middle-click on the focused one
  3. Focus changes to the other app, which is brought to front
  4. Middle-click on the unfocused one
  5. It flickers to front and straight back

  Even if it *is* a feature, the app should not flicker...
