Title:
  Unity Launcher icon size settings not applied

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Before upgrading to 12.10, launcher icon size was 32

  After upgrading, it's 48.

  Opening the display settings panel shows a size of 32 px

  whenever i change this setting from 32 to anythying else, icons in the
  launcher stay at 48
