[Bug 1220204] Re: speaker icon no longer displays mute status correctly
I cannot recreate the situation where I have audio while the panel sound
indicator displays a muted icon. As far as I can tell, the indicator
icon always represents the correct state of system audio.
I have however, seen a desynchronisation between the tick next to the
"Mute" label within the sound indicator menu. Every now and again when
clicking to enable and disable the "Mute" item, you have a situation
where "Mute" will be unticked (incorrect) but the indicator shows the
muted icon (correct), and vice versa.

Bug description:
Selecting "Mute" from the sound indicator no longer updates the icon
properly.
For example, my sound currently isn't muted, but the icon shows a
muted speaker with an X beside it.
