Title:
Dash - "Run a command" (Alt+F2) should support auto-complete from
'Results' and 'History' to be only parts of the desired command
Status in Unity:
Triaged
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
A typical case:
1- Alt+F2 to run a command
2- Type only the first letters of 'ubuntu-bug'
3- See suggestions from Results and History
4- Try to select ubuntu-bug from Results to be part of your command
You can't use the suggestions from 'Results' and 'History' to be part
of your command. If you clicked on 'ubuntu-bug' from 'Results', Dash
closes without completing the command. Or if you want to use only
parts of a previous command from 'History', you can't; you have to
select & implement the whole command.
