Title:
Fullscreen games break windows positions, top bar displays

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Fullscreen applications, I tried this with Stunt Rally 1.5, causes
  some weird issues with Unity.

First issue is the top bar being displayed and clickable on top of the
fullscreen game (causing that area to not register). This is with
Compiz Legacy Fullscreen support workaround on.

Second issue is that all non-maximized windows that were open are now
positioned at the very top left under the top bar, which means I can't
move them (can't select the title bar under the top bar) or close
them. Sometimes if maximized they won't render properly (nautilus is
just a blank white window). Closing and re-opening the window will
  restore it to normal.
