I already try to : 
 - reinstall the unity-lens-application package
 - delete the .config and .cache folder
 - activate the unity plugin with ccsm
 - delete the ~/.local/share/zeitgeist/activity.sqlite file
 - use the unity-reset script

  Unity dash show only social lens (no application, file, ...)

  After upgrade to 13.10, the dash don't show anything. No application,
  no file, etc.. only the social lens is aviable.
