Hi ,

Thanks for taking time to enter this bug.  The first part of the bug is
a duplicate of bug #1241282.  I have a fix proposed for that and is just
waiting on approval from an Ubuntu dev.

As far as the diagonal, I see that on one of my systems and will have to
debug that.  Since there are two bugs reported in this single bug, I'm
going to change this bug to be only about the diagonal navigation not
working.

Bug description:
  Hello, I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 with Unity
  7.1.2+13.10.20131014.1-0ubuntu1

  When I try to move an application to another workspace With
  Ctrl+Maj+Alt+Arrow it only works if I move the application from right
  to left or left to right but not bottom to top or top to bottom.

  Also when I try to just swith to another worspace (Ctrl+Alt+Arrow) it
  works except for one diagonal : bottomright to topleft.
