  Computer thinks hes charging when unplugged

Bug description:
  I unplugged 30min ago and computer still shows how much till fully
  chaged.

  UPDATE:

  Added new sceenshot- battery showing red but not then info updating.
  Also clicking INFO (where mouse is in screenshot) doent open now the Power monitor tool.
