This bug does still appear in Saucy. Should I file a new report?

Title:
[empathy] Conversation -> Insert Smiley submenu not showed as in
original
Status in The Application Menu:
New
Status in “indicator-appmenu” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
The Conversation -> Insert Smiley menu in Empathy is a little special:
it provides images, not text, for each supported smiley, arranged on a
grid to save space and showing a tooltip with related "text" used for
the smiley.
In Indicator Appmenu it's only showed a long, empty submenu: no grid,
no images, no tooltip. However, selecting an entry, a textual smiley
is placed in chat text entry.
