Hi Justin,

Thanks for reporting this bug.  However, this bug has already been
identified and is a duplicate of bug #1240595.  A fix has been
identified and we are working on the process to get it into the Unity
package for 13.10/14.04.

  Screen repaint scrambled after Chromium leaves full screen after
  upgrade to 13.10

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Open Chromium
  Enter Fullscreen with F11
  Do some browsing
  Exit Fullscreen with F11
  See attached screenshot.

  Observed after upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10.

  Ubuntu 13.10, Dell Latitude E6510.
