  fails to build from source in PPA due to test failure

Status in “libdbusmenu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  To reproduce, upload unmodified libdbusmenu to a PPA:

  apt-get source libdbusmenu
  cd libdbusmenu*
  dch -i
  --
  libdbusmenu (12.10.3+13.10.20130913-0ubuntu2.1) saucy; urgency=low

    * Bump version for PPA test.

  Now wait 9 hours, and it will fail to build: FAIL: test-glib-events

  I cannot reproduce this bug when building locally with pbuilder - all
