Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity-2d

  I opened Evolution. There are three panels. The first on left with
  e-mail accounts and e-mail folders, the second on right top with
  message titles and the third on right bottom with message bodies. On
  right top, to show the scrollbar, I mouse near the color bar. On right
  bottom, to show the scrollbar, I mouse near the color bar, then I
  expect the scrollbar to appear, but the scrollbar doesn't appear, then
  I mouse over the scrollbar and finally the scrollbar appears.
