  if a window snapped to left( or right) is snapped to top, the system
  freezes

Bug description:
  i have encountered this bug almost with all the applications, if my
  window is snapped to the left side or the right side of ths screen and
  i snap that to top of screen, the system freezes. otherwise
  application must fill screen when snapped to top.
