[Bug 1257397] Re: No results for search
Can you try this command in a terminal:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall unity-lens-applications unity-lens-
files
Than please log out and in and try the search again.
If this doesn't work you can delete the directory
~/.local/share/zeitgeist/ with the commands
rm -r ~/.local/share/zeitgeist/
zeitgeist-daemon --replace
Note: You lose your journal of personally search informations.

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Hallo
If I click the dash and enter any letter the result is always the same:
Sorry, there's nothing that matches your searches
No matter if in Home, Apps or what, the result is alwais the same.
Recently I've added all dbg libraries and some unity scope pkg, now the search won't work anymore.
