[Bug 1247652] [NEW] gimp does not have close button in window title

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

attaching screenshot. you see there is no close/minimize/maximize button
near mouse pointer. so I cannot close the window. workaround to
unmaximize window and close. or to choose quit from application menu.

Ubuntu 12.04.3 with Unity 3d
