Bug description:
OpenGL rendered textures and text are often striped. E.g panel shadow, unity dialog's bottom border, separators in panel, text in Extreme Tux Racer.
Example image shows the faulty panel shadow.
The bug has existed since the start of 11.04 (and was also present in
10.10 with extreme tux racer).
