[Bug 1092905] Re: incorrect placement on multimonitor systems with focus-follow on
If I recall correctly this is due to the fact that the desktop's strut
is taken from the wrong screen (or the fact that all attached screens
are treated as one big desktop). This needs a per-screen strut
calculation before each notification is placed visibly on screen.

Bug description:
When changing the volume via the mouse scroll wheel over the volume
indicator, the libnotify pop-up displaying the current volume is
placed a little too high, obscuring all the indicators. The volume
bubble should be placed lower.
