  notification bubles are shown over confirmation bubles

Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  After the new positioning described here
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD#Outside%20the%20bubble ,
  notification bubbles are shown over the halfway line if they occur
  while a confirmation bubble is being shown. The other way around works
  fine. See attached.
