  Change of text size in System Settings>Universal Access is not

Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  It looks like notify-osd need to be restarted. Is not a bit problem if
  the currently display bubble doesn't resize, but the new ones should
  reflect the change without requiring notify-osd to restart.
