  notify-osd.log file stored in .cache, not in user-set XDG cache folder

Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  I have a .cache/notify-osd.log file, even though my XDG cache dir is
  set to be ~/Applications/Cache and all my other apps use it correctly.
  This suggests that notify-osd hardcodes .cache, which is naughty.
