[Bug 332136] [NEW] Closing "confirmation" notifications if change happens while fading-out

Ok, you will need good reflexes to reproduce this one:
1. Change volume or brightness and the notification shows up.
2. As soon as notification starts to fade-out change brightnes/volume again

The fading notification will flash to full opacity to show the change
but then it will quickly close.
