Bug description:
  Binary package hint: notify-osd

After an update to Lucid Beta-1 I notice that I'm unable to click
anything under notifications and since notifications don't have any
option to close manually I'm having to wait till it times out.

Also, if a compositing window manager is not available notifications
don't hide as before. Instead they become a black rectangle instead
  of the usual rounded rectangle.
