Album art as shown by Banshee in notify-osd

bad compared to the artwork in the album explorer

This is because Banshee is scaling down the artwork before sending it in
the notification. It should scale down the artwork only when sending it
to notification-daemon specifically.

(The equivalent problem in Rhythmbox is bug 360228, and in Pidgin is bug
364038. Problems with blurry icons in other programs should be in
separate bug reports.)
