  Switch to supporting only two visual slots for notifications

Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This is an internal task to update the layout algorithm to manage only
  two visual slots for notifications, together with the move of
  notification bubbles to the middle of the screen. The positioning
  change is manage as another task.
