Title:
  Extended monitor crashes when notify-osd appears

Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When I have the monitor extended to the tv, the monitor crashes if a notify pops up from the sound volume. The extended screen is switched off and the desktop panels disappear.
  I'm on an upgraded from 9.10, Ubuntu 10.04.
  any more info please ask for me to provide.
