Title:
Whenlogging out Orca does not read the session logout screen.

Status in Unity:
  In Progress

Bug description:
Using Unity and selecting logout a window appears and Orca only reads
out 'session manager'. A flat review using Orca navigational keys
reveals the 'Do you want to logout text' But this should be read out
automatically with the logout and cancel buttons accessible to the
  keyboarde with the tab key.
