Thanks for reporting this.

I'm going to talk to the developer of the indexing library we use
(libcolumbus) to see what we can do about it, as this behaviour is
obviously quite broken.

  Hi,

  I'm trying, in Gimp, to press Alt and then select the `Image -> Crop
  to Selection` item by matching against 'crop to selection' but that
  doesn't bring up that result.
