  Adding new clock locations does not work

Status in “unity-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When trying to add a new location in the clock, it does not recognize
  any place, so it's impossible to add one.

  In the screen shot, the other locations have been added still under
  ubuntu 12.10, before the upgrade.
