I 'm experiencing this with qtcreator from qt sdk online installer.
Seems qtcreator disappears from unity app switcher and launcher after
suspend, with the qtcreator process running.

Bug description:
  Some application like gvim are lost from Unity task switcher. I cannot
  switch to them. They are lost somewhere.
