  Launcher does not report status of item to Orca

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  When Orca has focus in the Launcher the status of an item such as Files '2 windows' open is not reported.
  Expected behaviour is to hear Orca speak if the item is openned and if any how many instances as in Unity-2d.
