Thanks for reporting this bug. It looks like you don't have the latest
Compiz, which fixes this issue. Please update your system and restart.

Bug description:
Using Trusty development release, application windows get smaller as
they are closed and reopened, mainly on the vertical, but also on the
horizontal size only not as much.
See screenshots for example, nautilus opened and closed 3 times.
Some dialogue windows are also missing buttons.
