I can confirm on my first login after the update the "keybinding" thing
appeared (which I believe is intentional) but it would not go away when
the (X) at the top left was clicked.

  One time short-cuts doalog has close button without function

Bug description:
  The latest updates cause a short-cuts dialogue to appear automatically
  on the next login. Unlike the similar box which appears on holding the
  super key long, this one has a decoration that looks like a dismissal
  button. But it does nothing when clicking to it. It seems the window
  goes away automatically after a bit but it is confusing.
