[Bug 1292446] Re: lockscreen: on autolock on suspend the fade does not complete before suspend leaving desktop partially visible for a short period on resume
Also if you have open the right click context menu of any application
(for example terminal) the screen will not blank off and it will not
lock. In this case it doesn't lock even if the mouse cursor is outside
of the menu and application.

Title:
lockscreen: on autolock on suspend the fade does not complete before
suspend leaving desktop partially visible for a short period on resume
Status in Unity:
New
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When auto-locking as part of a suspend operation the lock screen still
fades to opaque, this takes seconds and mid fade the suspend occurs.
This means that on waking the machine the fade is still occurring and
the desktop is partially visible potentially exposing information
protected by the lock.
