  Double menu after app's maximization

Status in “indicator-appmenu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When I maximize an app and after I resize this application I have two
  appmenu: the first in top bar and the sencon in window bar. This issue
  does not occur when i select the window bar as default in the
  appearance settings of Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
