  I installed ubuntu 13.10 version and since I can not create shortcuts
  on the desktop, I get the message: Error copying, error while getting

  des raccourcis sur le bureau j'ai le message : erreur lors de la copie
  , erruer lors de l'obtention d'informations concernant "/" et
  l'emplacement indiqué n'est pas pris encharge.
