Thank you for your bug report. I can't confirm the issue on current
trusty. Is that happening with any mp3? Is the icon correct in e.g
nautilus?

  Dash: mime types icons, some are blanc

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Some of icons (ex. mp3 format file) are blanc. When I installed Ubuntu
  14.04 (13-03-2014 dailybuild) I remember the mp3 format files had the
  same icon as in Nautilus.
