[Bug 1294644] [NEW] Window decorations are sometimes transparent or garbled after exiting lockscreen

When exiting the lockscreen, window decorations will sometimes be
transparent or even garbled.  This does not happen everytime.  One
observation though is even if the decoration is not corrupt, you can
clearly see the decoration get fully drawn a bit after everything else.
