It works fine here, sync indicator is not missing.

  Missing Ubuntuone sync indicator

Bug description:
  Xubuntu 14.04 Beta 2
  xfce4-indicator-plugin (2.3.2-0ubuntu1)
  indicator-sync (12.10.5+14.04.20140207-0ubuntu1)
  ubuntuone-control-panel-qt (13.09-0ubuntu2)

  Expectation: The sync indicator will display on the indicator-plugin
  on xfce4-panel when ubuntuone is installed and running.

  Observation: After installing ubuntuone-control-panel-qt to get
  ubuntuone to sync, the sync indicator (libsyncindicator.so) does not
  show up on the panel (indicator-plugin). The syncing works, just no
  display of the indicator. In the properties of xfce4-indicator-plugin,
  "Sync Menu" shows up as an item and is not hidden, but does not
  display. There are no error messages in ~/.xsession-errors.
