Title:
  [unity lock] Screens don't powersave when locking

Status in Unity:
  New

Bug description:
  When locking the screen from Unity, the monitor doesn't go into
  standby, instead the Unity login screen (now also the lock screen)
  appears.   Upon unlocking, the screen will relock itself usually with
  in about 15 seconds after unlocking with the monitor now in powersave
  mode.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Unity
  2. CTRL-ALT-L (or your preferred method to lock
  3. Enter password to log back in

  Expected Results:

  The screen should powersave when lock, and stay unlocked when logging
  back in.
