  window switcher randomly switches windows

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  on ubuntu 14.04 trusty, when more than one window are open in one
  workspace, sometimes another window is brought on top. you can see the
  window switching animation like you would see when "alt-tabbing".
