Bug description:
  A Dash and a Hud Autopliot test is broken in multi-monitor depending
  on which screen the fullscreen is opened on.

  The tests are:
  unity.tests.test_hud.HudBehaviorTests.test_hud_does_not_open_when_fullscreen_window
  unity.tests.test_dash.DashRevealTests.test_dash_does_not_open_when_fullscreen_window
