Title:
  It's possible to maximize a window by quickly left-right clicking

Bug description:
  - Open restored window
  - Quickly left and then right click on it

  Expected behavior:
   - The window menu opens, and the window stays restored

  Actuual behavior:
   - The window menu opens, but the window gets maximized.
