Have found some duplicates of the same issue, changing from affects
"Unity" to affects "Unity (Ubuntu)" so that it matches the others.

** Project changed: unity => unity (Ubuntu)

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1303325
   clicking on its launcher icon doesn't open it (occured after closing app before)

Title:
  Launcher icons don't work when option is set to only show launcher on
  one monitor.

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In Ubuntu 14.04 beta when the launcher is set to only show on one
  monitor if you open an application from the menu it opens, but if you
  close it and try to open it again nothing happens when you click the
  icon.

  The way it behaves it's like you're clicking an empty space, the right
  click menu still works and if you show the launcher on both monitors
  it also works.
