Still no fix in Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty Tahr) for dragging favicons from
the firefox address bar to the bookmark bar.

Bug description:
  The Launcher should auto-reveal only if files are dragged, generally
  from places like Nautilus or the Dash.

  When something other than a file is dragged from inside any other
  application (e.g. text selected in a GEdit or a Browser), the hidden
  Launcher should reveal itself only if the user performs the standard
  gesture while dragging (currently, pushing the cursor over the left
  edge).
