That is correct I have 2 monitors. Only one has the launcher. The
monitor that has the launcher is the right monitor.

Title:
  Can't reopen applications from launcher

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  To recreate this bug, all I need to do is open an application from the
  launcher. I then close it. Left clicking on the application does not
  work. I have even confirmed multiple times that the program was
  closed. The only way I can reopen the application is with the middle
  mouse button. I am using Ubuntu 14.04, upgraded from a fresh install
  of 13.10. I also just recently came across a post by another user
  having the same problem:
